Website Website design and online ordering for restaurants, shops and owner-run businesses
A site your customers can use and your staff can edit.
We look at how your customers find you and what they come to do, then design for that, usually starting with the phone. Your staff change hours, prices and menus themselves in a few minutes, and booking and inquiry forms go straight to where your team already works.
Ian’s Pizza website, before and after

Ian’s Pizza homepage: a blog-style grid of tiles became locations first, with one clear action. -

Ian’s Pizza menu: a skyline with city buttons became a page per city, with jump links and dietary icons.
Ian’s Pizza website redesign, a Madison pizza shop in several cities
Ian’s Pizza’s site now starts with where to get a slice.
The old homepage was a grid of tiles in date order, and it read like a blog with no clear front door. The new homepage leads with locations and a clear action. We designed every page for a phone first.
What a website design and build covers
What goes into your new site, from the phone screen to the search results.
-
Designed around how customers use you
We look at how people find and use the business, then design for that. For most of our clients, that means designing for the phone first.
-
Edits your staff make themselves
Your staff change hours, prices, menus and listings on their own, in a few minutes.
-
Forms that land where you work
Booking and inquiry forms send each request to the inbox, calendar or database your team already uses.
-
Google Maps and Business Profile
We help with your Google Business Profile listing, and we’ve connected client websites to Google through its API, so the hours and details on your site and on Maps stay in sync on their own.
-
Fast pages
Pages stay light, so they load quickly on a weak phone signal in the parking lot.
-
One look with the brand
The site uses the same logo, colors and voice as your sign and your menu.

You’ll start with a call with one of the partners about how the business runs today. From there we usually write up a plan and an estimate, so you can see the work and the cost before you commit.
We take on a handful of clients each season and will tell you within a week whether we have room.
